Sales Operations Manager – Salesforce Support at Checkout.com
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Operations Manager to join our growing Revenue Operations team; you’ll be one of our first hires in Mauritius for Revenue Operations as we begin to expand our footprint. You’ll report to the Head of Business Partnering, Revenue Operations, with a primary focus on maintaining, enriching, and validating Salesforce data daily. You’ll be the first line of support for our Global Commercial team, supporting all inbound requests, and will gain extensive hands-on Salesforce experience. 

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Leading the team, you’ll be the in-market leader for Revenue Operations
  • Coaching and upskilling the newly created Sales Support team in Mauritius
  • Operating first-line Salesforce support for the Global Commercial team
  • Validating Salesforce records and enriching firmographics, ensuring accuracy
  • Establishing relationships with key stakeholders across the Commercial team
  • Learning to troubleshoot a broad spectrum of user issues in Salesforce
  • Creating reporting and dashboards to provide insights to Commercial teams
  • Supporting data analysis for strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth

    About you:

     

  • You have proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or similar functions
  • You’re excited to learn about FinTech and Payments
  • You’re ambitious, motivated, with a proactive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for solving puzzles and creating solutions
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working with globally dispersed teams
