About the team

The Checkout.com People team is built differently.
We fundamentally believe that people are our greatest strength and are therefore on a mission to drive our company’s growth.You’ll be part of our new team – People Strategy and Operations – made up of project and transformation managers, change and communication professionals and data and technology specialists.

Our mission is to drive efficiency, innovation and collaboration across the People Team by providing expert central advice and designing frameworks, guidelines and models to help support as the company grows!

HR Process Analyst at Checkout.com

In this newly-created role, you’ll partner with the people team to design and implement scalable and repeatable processes in support of the global HR transformation program portfolio. You’ll create and implement process standards to help inspire, engage and drive awareness across the People Team.

 

What You will be doing:

 

  • Act as the global people process subject matter expert across transformation initiatives 
  • Capture business requirements for process improvement/automation efforts, facilitate workflow modelling and create knowledge articles and self-service guidance
  • Review insight and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results 
  • Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns 
  • Understand systems configuration to support business requirements as and when required, edit and updates project plans, test scripts and functional design documents 
  • Participate in all aspects of HRIS of new/replacement HR technologies and roadmap discussions and act as a consultative partner for the business
  • Drive continuous process improvement and manage transition of process ownership to assigned business process owner
  • Develop process mapping toolkit and deliver people team capability training 
  • Develop and fosters proven working relationships with people strategy teams and sponsors 
  •  

    About You:

     

  • Have solid experience using Visio or equivalent process mapping tools 
  • Have experience in Workday
  • Have experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies 
  • Bachelor’s degree required
