Finance Systems Manager at 

To manage Finance, Procurement and Treasury & Payments configurations within ERP system (Workday), Coupa (Source to Pay) and Kyriba (Treasury & payments) working with the Finance, Procurement and Treasury teams to maintain and develop the systems, which contribute to the strategic agenda and effective service delivery!

Leading the management of the ERP financial management suite, ensuring smooth system operation and overall system integrity and security. Plus enabling business reporting across Finance, Procurement and Treasury data and work with the Finance, Procurement and Treasury teams to identify and implement system improvements that enable efficient and effective service delivery.

Will be expected to initially be the support workstream lead on the Finance & Treasury Transformation Programme reporting to the Programme Manager. Prior experience setting up a Finance ERP support function is highly desirable and expected in this role. 


About you:


  • Good degree in an appropriate subject and at least 3 years’ professional skills and knowledge
  • Substantial knowledge of development and implementation of Finance ERP systems
  • Knowledge of best practice Finance, Project and Procurement service delivery
  • Evidence of continuing professional development and up to date knowledge of research in your field
  • Collaborative – works effectively and inclusively with a range of people, forming relationships and flexing own approach for the best impact and engagement
  • Solutions focus – translates technical expertise into solutions and process guidance to implement improvements or address user issues
  • Takes a continuous improvement approach: Proposes/ develops/ implements and advances service improvements.
  • Demonstrates collaboration on corporate projects / working groups and participates in developing & managing services
  • Highly skilled in data analysis, data manipulation and reporting
  • Able to work independently to prioritise and schedule own work in response to customer requirements
  • Able to lead skill and knowledge transfer to Finance, Procurement and Treasury

    What you will be doing:


  • System management on behalf of Finance, Procurement and Treasury
  • Work on integrated solutions for advancing the business needs of Workday/Coupa and Kyriba in partnership with colleagues across the organisation
  • Manage and develop Workday/Coupa/Kyriba configuration in partnership with the business teams to contribute to strategic development priorities.
  • Identify and implement system development & improvements across Finance, Procurement and Kyriba, including reporting, System administration and security
  • Monitoring and auditing, ensuring controls and approval limits are consistent with accounting policies and bank mandates, and segregation of duties maintains a robust control framework.
  • Management of Feature releases – impact assessment, option selection, testing, incorporating new features into BAU
  • Collaboration with external support partners
