Compensation Manager at  

We are looking for a Compensation Manager to join our growing Reward team. You will support the business with day to day compensation queries, relevant reward projects and guidance on a global scale. 
This is an exciting role that will work very closely with our People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team to provide holistic people support to the business as we continue to grow and scale at a very fast pace.  


About you


  • 5+ years experience in Reward in a high paced environment, ideally in the Tech, banking or fintech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets to be able to build models and reports to analyse large volumes of data.
  • Comfortable designing, tailoring and delivering communications of complex sets of data and analyses to stakeholders across departments, locations and levels of seniority
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders across a range of reward-related topics
  • A thought partner who can demonstrate balance in emotional intelligence and pragmatic judgement.
  • Laser-focused, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships across all levels of the organisation globally.
  • A driver of change who is relentless in delivering on our employee value proposition.
  • Previous compensation experience at a global level
  • Strong work ethics with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

    What you will be doing


  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to provide guidance for offers and queries for new joiners/ prospective hires and identify any upcoming market trends or challenges
  • Partner the wider People team during compensation cycles, country transfers, peer parity reviews and any other ad-hoc projects
  • Conduct in-depth compensation analysis during compensation cycles for your business area and work with managers to guide and support compensation decisions. 
  • Participate in cyclical benchmark exercises, salary submission and salary bands review/ creation for your area in collaboration with the wider Reward team
  • Provide Reward training, education and awareness across for both colleagues and managers to continue to support Reward journey
  • Work with the wider Reward and Finance team to model, collaboratively design comp approach and set budget for compensation reviews for salaries and bonus as appropriate 
  • Partner with our key stakeholders across People, Tax, Legal and Finance as relevant, both locally and globally, to ensure full understanding of context and provide business consistent, holistic Reward support
