Now, we’re seeking a skilled program manager to strengthen our communities, further unlocking
their potential and increasing their impact!

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Developing and delivering an operational framework for community programming
  • Managing initiatives that support career development, commercial impact, community building, and company culture
  • Collaborating with community leadership teams ensuring alignment with our company
  • Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (“DEIB”) strategy
  • Managing onboarding, reporting, development and succession planning for communities.

    About you

     

  • Proven program manager with demonstrated experience of delivering across multiple work-streams
  • Passionate about amplifying underrepresented groups’ voices and an ability to connect people and ideas
  • Team-oriented, able to form relationships across a variety of cultures, seniority levels and backgrounds, and able to thrive while navigating change.
