About the Role
Checkout.com is actively looking for a hard-working Community Program Manager to partner with our community leadership teams to drive collaboration and alignment. Our communities are colleague-led and company-sponsored colleague resource groups. And, over 50% of our people across 21 global offices participate, either as general members or in a leadership role.
Since our first community formed in 2019, we’ve launched podcasts and mentorship programs, celebrated heritage dates and historic moments, painted and pop quizzed, hosted cooking classes and conversations on culture, current events and allyship… and most importantly, we’ve done it all together. Now, we’re seeking a skilled program manager to strengthen our communities, further unlocking their potential and increasing their impact!
What you’ll be doing
Developing and delivering an operational framework for community programming.
Managing initiatives that support career development, commercial impact, community building, and company culture.
Collaborating with community leadership teams ensuring alignment with our company Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (“DEIB”) strategy.
Managing onboarding, reporting, development and organizational planning for communities.
Program manager with proven experience delivering across multiple work streams.
Passionate about amplifying underrepresented groups’ voices and the ability to connect people and ideas.
Team-oriented, able to form relationships across a variety of cultures, seniority levels and backgrounds, and able to thrive while navigating change.
Preferred minimum 2 days per week in our NYC Office, but open to remote work for exceptional cases.
