Sales Support Associate at is actively looking for a proactive and driven Sales Support Associate to assist with our rapid expansion. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate looking to forge their career in this field.

Working alongside our Sales Management team, you will have the opportunity to gain insight into the complete sales journey, collaborate with various teams and gain solid expertise in our industry. 

This opportunity will offer an exciting mixture of responsibilities and is ideal for someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about online payments, FinTech and start-ups.


About You:


  • Fluency in English & Mandarin
  • Tech‑savvy, with a real passion for Technology
  • Quick learner to grasp’s product and value proposition
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi‑task
  • Aptitude to shift tasks and priorities as and when the circumstances change
  • Confident communicator
  • Previous experience with Salesforce will be an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

    What You Will Be Doing:


  • Help the sales team to link and track various merchant applications and documentations
  • Identify merchant needs and forge strong relationships
  • Provide a first‑class level of service to merchants and help to convert enquiries into sales
  • Share best practices, key business insights, and industry trends
  • Providing data and guides to help the Sales Team
  • Managing sales tracking tools and providing reports
  • Ensure data on Salesforce is correct and up to date
  • Connect and collaborate with various teams at
