The Team:
Our Global Business Systems team oversees our internal Finance and HR technology. We maintain our global Workday platform, Zuora, and additional G&A applications
The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing code for connecting Workday to other applications and creating automations. You will oversee and resolve system errors and user problems.
The work you’ll do:
- Provide technical expertise to drive solution design using Workday Studio, XSL, Reports as a Service, WQL, and additional technologies such as make.com
- Develop solutions for entirely new integrations and work on optimization of existing integrations
- Support the rollout and adoption of new functionalities like bi-annual releases
- Drive resolution of integration related ticket backlog
- Communicate the progress of projects to stakeholders
- Support new software evaluations to ensure that they meet business and technical requirements
The qualifications you need:
- 2-4 years of experience with Workday Studio, XSL, and Workday integration technologies
- An eagerness to learn and explore new technologies in order to drive solutioning capabilities forward
- Ability to adapt to a fast moving, ever changing, high growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset
- Strong communication skills
