The Team:

The Talent Acquisition – Early Professional Hiring Team supports Celonis' strong international growth by being responsible for innovative recruitment initiatives to attract, hire, and retain the Futurenauts of Celonis! We're not just recruiters, we're candidate experience experts!

The Role:

You will partner with Hiring Managers and business unit stakeholders on strategic recruiting, hiring forecasts and employer branding initiatives. Responsibilities include full lifecycle hiring, setting up innovative sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, fostering a high-touch relationship with candidates, including extending offers and setting up the onboarding teams for success. Additionally, you will drive campus recruiting by collaborating with external stakeholders (career centers, capris, vendors) organizing workshops and events with our target universities and participating in career fairs.

The work you’ll do:

  • Build an organizational strategy and structure to support the evolving needs as it relates to Early Professional Hiring
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for your roles independently, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Attend workshops, career fairs and events to attract the right candidates
  • Develop strong relationships with global leaders across all functions to understand and ensure alignment on the specifications of each role needed while executing solid sourcing and recruiting plans
  • Partner with recruiters, business leadership and human resources to ensure best practice future talent activities 
  • Contribute to hiring processes & procedures, employer branding and organizational planning that will allow the company to scale effectively
  • Advise and partner with hiring managers on their interview structures and plans

The qualifications you need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, early professional and campus hiring is preferred
  • Successfully completed your studies in HR, psychology, business administration or a comparable program
  • Drive recruiting topics independently and want to actively shape the international growth of Celonis
  • Experience with candidate sourcing using search engines and social networks
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload
  • Excellent communication skills and interest in interacting with colleagues, candidates and partners
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
