The Role:
The Knowledge Management Engineer is the technical owner of the Knowledge Management platforms. The KM Engineer will design the technology architecture, identify and execute on opportunities to drive scalability, reliability and performance of the platforms, and own the development of the technical solutions coordinating across teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment, has great technical skills and is familiar with state of the art Knowledge Management tools and platforms.
The work you’ll do:
- Execute and implement the technical solutions. Own the full development cycle of the technology solutions that enable the business outcomes, from solution design, to development, testing and release.
- Own the scalability, reliability and performance of the KM platforms, and identify and execute on opportunities for enhancement and improvement.
- Drive the technical strategy for the Knowledge Management platforms (enterprise search, AI solutions, employee portal, and more).
- Resolve incidents related to the KM platforms, triaging, troubleshooting and implementing fixes.
- Develop automation scripts using the Celonis software to scale manual tasks that will increase the data quality of Knowledge Management.
- Collaborate and coordinate execution with other technical teams within Celonis, and with software vendors.
The qualifications you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Computer Engineering (or similar field)
- 5+ years integrations, platform or application engineering experience (or similar roles)
- Experience in designing, developing and maintaining REST APIs, Web APIs, and other web services, integrations or custom connectors
- Fluency with one or more general purpose programming languages (such as Python or SQL ) to autonomously configure data sources (JSON), manage processing pipelines and perform data transformations in multi-source applications.
- Experience with user interface (UI) technologies such as HTML, CSS, or Angular
- Experience administering or developing any Enterprise AI Search solution and/or intranet software (such as ServiceNow, Sharepoint or others) is a plus.
- Experience delivering projects on time and to the requisite level of quality, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders as necessary
- Enjoy working in an agile and dynamic environment
- Excellent spoken and written English.
