The Team:

Our Strategic Account Executive team is responsible for selling into the leading US technology organizations (High-Tech, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Commerce, Marketing, HR, Retail..), as well as their end customers. Using a consultative and cross-functional sales approach, this team will work together and leverage internal/external resources to build & maintain long-lasting customer relationships.

The Role:

This is a highly-visible role where you will be responsible for generating new-business opportunities in enterprise accounts across a variety of industries to support your territory. Leveraging cross-functional collaboration, you will understand each prospective customers needs, while strategically driving the entire sales-cycle.

Responsibilities include:

  • Full sale-cycle management: prospecting > closure 
  • Accurate pipeline management + forecasting 
  • Consistent delivery + eclipsing of sales goals
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your territory + executive-curated target account list
  • Stakeholder management within all executive levels (Director/VP/C-Suite) of the target organization
  • Product demos at industry/regionally-related field marketing events and delivering the Make vision to your target audience
  • Understanding prospective customer requirements + communication of how Make will fulfill customer satisfaction


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree (any additional education is a plus)
  • Relevant work experience (5+ years) in enterprise SaaS sales, pre-sales, or consulting 
  • Track record of consistent quota overperformance 
  • Ability to learn/sell a technical product and navigate complex sales cycle 
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work, build and maintain relationships at all levels
