The Team You’ll Work With

You will be part of a growing Treasury team supporting Carta’s global Corporate cash management, Customer daily payment operations, and money movement initiatives.

The Problems You’ll Solve

In this critical role, you’ll work cross-functionally with Accounting, Business, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams to support Corporate related banking operations, new business requirements, payment related inquiries and exception handling, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Support bank account management including bank portal administration, opening/closing accounts, and signatory updates for domestic and international subsidiaries
  • Help facilitate issuance of letter of credit and bank guarantees
  • Initiate, review, and reconcile ACH, wires, and F/X funds transfers
  • Perform daily reconciliation between bank activities and Carta platform
  • Support internal staff on payment inquiries and requests
  • Help develop operational procedures and reporting
  • Participate and partner with cross functional teams on initiatives and process improvements
  • Work with bank partners to add, test, and troubleshoot bank configuration, payment processing, and file transmission services

About You

  • 3-5 years of domestic and international payment processing, bank set-up and account maintenance, and cash management experience
  • Strong Excel knowledge and technical aptitude
  • Must love problem solving and reconciling data
  • Experience on performing data analysis and reporting
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Intellectual curiosity with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Delivers consistent on-time results in a fast paced, changing, and ambiguous environment
  • Strong work ethic, organized, and high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to communicate timely and appropriately to a variety of stakeholders
