Since launch in August 2013, we have grown exponentially, amassing over 60 million monthly active users across 190 different countries who have created more than 6 Billion designs. We are one of the world’s fastest-growing technology companies and we have only achieved about 1% of what we want to do.

About the Technical Program Managers

At Canva, we’re all constantly striving towards our Crazy Big Goals! Since growing to a worldwide team of over 2,200 we need to work effectively together and improve our delivery ability as we scale, which is where our Technical Program Managers come in.

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), it is your mission to work closely with senior managers and product development teams to build a sustainable culture of delivery. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs and be equally comfortable working with leadership to set strategic goals and clarify priorities, as you are with teams to communicate program status, escalate issues and manage dependencies as you are discussing technical trade-offs with an engineer.

About the Ecosystem & Print group at Canva

Canva Print is an essential part of the Canva user experience with “Publish Anywhere” as a core mission pillar. The vision for Canva Print is to scale up Print into a Marketplace that enables all Canva users to Design and Print anything, anywhere. And we mean literally anything, anywhere.  Our ambition is thousands of products that, over time, will include 3D printing of architectural models or large scale billboards or an haute couture fashion line. And accessible no matter where you are,  with a strong focus on ethical and environmentally-friendly practices.

Canva Print team spreads between Australia, the Philippines and the United States. The business is growing quickly at >100% year-on-year growth with a limited product range and very limited marketing. There is so much potential in this space and our crazy big goal is to build a $1 billion print business by 2026. This will be achieved by focusing on the needs of the global Canva user base, of whom <1% currently access Print.

The Print strategy involves three priorities:
– Scale up to enable 1,000s of products via a marketplace
– Create a truly delightful end-to-end print experience
– Enable organizations from enterprises to classrooms to teams to Print with Canva
