We’re looking for someone who will lead a stream within the Helpdesk Squad ensuring the high quality and timely delivery of services, as well as the continuous growth of the squad’s skills and impact.

This Squad is primarily focused on providing first and second line support across various HR areas, including policies, tools, and processes. The squad answers general employee questions, maintains HRIS data, and participates in other HR support projects and activities.


What you’ll do…


  • Ensure Helpdesk services are at an exceptional standard. Lead the efficient and accurate delivery of transactions, with a constant focus on improving delivery against service level agreements, to raise customer satisfaction, and improve organisational productivity through self-service;
  • Provide technical leadership on process design, employee experience, operations, measurement, continuous improvement, and other aspects of the support process;
  • Collaborate across the entire People team, as well as with other functional areas such as People Systems, Finance, Payroll, Total Rewards, Legal, and IT teams;
  • Grow skills and impact within the squad by focusing on growth pathways, coaching, job rotations and stretch assignments; and
  • Cultivate a high-performance, people-first team culture by pursuing excellence, empowering others, and being a force for good.

    Experience that you’ll have…


  • Experience in leading / running an SLA-driven HR shared services team;
  • Knowledgeable in HRIS like Workday (or similar) and ticketing systems (JIRA, Zendesk);
  • Experience in process optimisation and harmonisation across different regions, scaling initiatives, project management and change implementation; and
  • Background in personal data privacy and methodologies;
