As an Associate Customer Onboarding Manager in the Braze Integrations & Onboarding Department, you will be part of the department’s growing Customer Onboarding Team. Our Customer Onboarding Managers are responsible for rapidly understanding each client’s business and technical requirements, and driving them to realize fast time-to-value from their investment in Braze. You will work closely alongside Customer Onboarding Managers, and will support internal processes in addition to assisting with project managing the delivery of onboarding projects against both CRM and Technical requirements to achieve key client milestones as efficiently as possible while achieving high customer satisfaction.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Integration & Onboarding process at Braze
  • Develop an expert level understanding of the Braze platform and our Tech Partner ecosystem
  • Develop a deep understanding of the SaaS implementation project lifecycle
  • Own internal tools and processes for the Integrations & Onboarding Team
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams such as Technical Support, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Contribute to the team hitting KPIs and efficient customer outcomes
  • Work directly with key internal stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding


This is likely your first or second post-education job or you are transitioning from an unrelated industry with the intention of progressing into a client facing role in a technology company. You are looking to develop new skills and further your career in the SaaS / Tech Industry, with an applied focus on Client Services.
