To achieve this, we are searching for a Sr. Recruiter with deep Go-to-Market talent acquisition experience and industry knowledge to join our team. We are a close-knit and dynamic group that operates in a fast-moving environment, empowered to do our best work and make an impact across Box.


To be successful in this role you will need to prioritize challenging searches, manage a diverse group of stakeholders, and fluently use data to make decisions. You will be adept at creatively building candidate pipeline and delivering a stellar candidate experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to directly partner with EMEA leadership and develop trusted advisor relationships that help shape how we strategically hire across EMEA.



  • Deliver on hiring goals and be a subject matter expert on all things EMEA Recruiting

  • Develop an active presence in the market and display a deep understanding of the technology industry

  • Qualify candidates, anticipate hiring manager needs, and identify areas of hiring process optimization

  • Partner closely with hiring teams to develop innovative and successful hiring strategies in a high volume/high hiring bar environment

  • Develop a strong understanding of broader business needs and connect them to the Recruiting team’s mission

  • Collaborate with the broader Global Recruiting and People team members on key talent initiatives (i.e., Employment Brand, DE&I)

  • Coach and mentor other members of the Global Recruiting team



  • 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience

  • Strong orientation towards a data driven approach to Recruiting

  • Depth of experience with pipeline generation and qualification, demonstrating a creative, resourceful approach

  • Experienced in negotiating and closing candidates while understanding the nuance of positioning in different markets

  • Team-centric mindset, demonstrated ability working well in a “One Team, One Dream” environment

  • Motivated by the opportunity to build strong cross-functional relationships

  • Go-to-Market or sales recruiting experience is preferred

  • Fluency in French, German, or Polish a plus
