Thanks to our growth, our team needs someone who is focused on driving and scaling our sales and Go-To-Market motions. The Sales Program Specialist will develop, communicate and execute on strategic sales plays, programs and initiatives as part of our Sales Strategy Team, reporting directly to our Senior Director of Sales Strategy.

The right team member will help build and ideate on new and data-driven sales approaches at Box, identify opportunities at scale, make insightful recommendations, and confidently communicate about sales strategy and messaging across stakeholders. You will need to balance the management of several simultaneous projects, so experience collaborating and advising on interdepartmental initiatives is paramount. Driving cross-functional alignment, crafting effective sales messaging and campaigns, and executing on growth initiatives will be key elements of this role.


  • Drive initiatives with GTM teams that deliver tangible results (ARR, Pipeline, ROI, etc.)

  • Craft effective sales messaging and campaigns in collaboration with Marketing to engage new and existing customers

  • Support the creation and utilization of sales collateral as well as demand generation programs that drive revenue

  • Connect the dots between Sales, Online Sales, CS, Renewals, and Box Partners to propel pipeline growth, increase customer retention, and mitigate churn

  • Improve processes, tools, and metrics that enable transparent project management and reporting

  • Work with Enablement and department leaders to create consistent execution and facilitate the sharing of best practices across global teams


  • 2 years experience in a sales environment

  • Passionate and curious about experimentation and creating new approaches to drive results

  • Strong communication and writing skills, ideally customer-campaign experience

  • Versatile and dedicated to driving efficient productivity

  • Proven experience organizing and strategizing with multiple teams and departments

  • Experience with or similar preferred
