WHY BOX NEEDS YOU 
We are excited to invite a Professional to our Team to design and administer benefits schemes in APAC and EMEA regions, pension and all time-off programs & policies (annual leave/vacation, leave of absence, holidays, sick time, sabbatical, etc). In this role you will collaborate with many Stakeholders, helping shape our Benefits for all EMEA and APAC Boxers. 
 
WHAT YOU'LL DO 
  • Monitoring of the renewals for the various schemes in multiple regions
  • Partnering with Consultants/Brokers to evaluate performance, costs, risks, and opportunities
  • Leading, planning, and managing effective communications and education of benefits schemes (including time off policies and global wellness programs)
  • Creating and updating benefits communication and documents on Service Desk (internal knowledge base)
  • Staying up to date on compliance updates and requirements
  • Collaborating with HR/Ops and Employment Legal to update policies and programs to align with any regulatory changes and implementing them
  • Supporting merger and acquisition initiatives with leadership, business partners and various stakeholders for a successful integration and transition of benefits
WHO YOU ARE 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • Extensive experience in designing and administering benefits schemes in APAC and EMEA regions, including managing client/vendor relationships
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects, connected with partnering with International Payroll and HR, People Operations international Teams
  • Experience with new country launches and establishment of benefits plans, which are compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Expertise in monitoring and administering annual renewal for APAC and EMEA regions
  • Knowledge of planning performance and costs, including risks and opportunities
  • Ability to lead, plan and manage effective communications and education of benefits (including time off policies, and global wellness etc)
  • Experience in reviewing and providing feedback related to data analytics in the research of market trends, benefits surveys and staying abreast of emerging benefits trends to maintain a competitive benefits portfolio
  • Ability to manage the due diligence process in acquisitions and mergers as necessary, as well as program invoices and ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation
  • Workday Benefits experience is required
  • Deeply detailed and process oriented
  • Experience with managing vendor relationships
  • Experience in fast-moving environment-comfort with ambiguity and non-stop problem solving, building, and action will be an added value
