Staff Product Manager: Bank Channel

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and dedicated person to join’s Product Management team and lead partnerships with major financial institutions. This person will deliver  great product solutions for key strategic partners leading to success for the financial institutions and BDC.




  • Own and manage key strategic partnership channel roadmap to launch new products/features and improve existing products by clearly understanding both customer needs and partner needs
  • Lead the product partnership with top banks to drive successful outcomes for the bank and BDC
  • Be the voice of the bank within BDC so that cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, product, payment ops, risk) understand the bank objectives and success metrics
  • Product owner for Partner Success team

    Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:


  • 8+ years of product management or related professional experience in the software industry or financial / fintech industry
  • Experience managing partnerships and strategic business relationships with third party companies is a must. Can deliver presentations to high level internal and external stakeholders successfullyBuild and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, drive product development with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-impact experiences–quickly
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to persuade, communicate vision and motivate people at every level; collaborative working style
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities; proficiency in product analytics, testing methodologies and data-backed decision processes
  • Experience with small business/mid-market customers and/or bank financial products 
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus but not required
