The Mission:
We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and proactive person to join’s Product Management team and help us eliminate the use of paper checks with Small and Medium Sized Businesses! This person will help reinvent the way Small and Medium Sized Businesses pay and get paid in a secure fashion.




  • Entrepreneurial product owner: Own, build and drive the product roadmap and go to market strategy for ad-valorem ACH and debit card based payment products. Manage prioritization and trade-offs to ensure the right features are built with the right quality at the right time
  • Customer obsessed: Gain a holistic view of B2B ad valorem payments opportunities by understanding the business goals and vendor pain points
  • Problem Solver: Data driven and analytical. You can propose hypotheses & run rapid tests to validate them
  • Team Player: Builds strong relationships with internal (UX, engineering, marketing, legal, risk) and external stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and buy-in on the requirements and prioritization of product ideas. Partner with Sales, Customer Support and Operations to define Go to market plan and successfully launch new vendor service offerings with aggressive timelines

    Experience/Background to be successful in this role:


  • 3-5 years of product management or related professional experience in the Saas industry
  • Strong product management skills, defining product vision, priorities and roadmap, and an innate ability to nail the “Why” before jumping into solutions. Excel at story-telling on what problem you’re solving and clearly communicate the vision you’re going after, combined with the capacity to dive into details when needed
  • Experience defining and launching new products from scratch, gathering customer feedback (before and after launch), make adjustments and continue to drive it towards the vision, north star goal and key metricsBias for action and experience with rapid A/B testing
  • Experience with agile development and methodologiesBA/BS required. MBA is a plus but not required
  • Experience with card, domestic and/or international B2B payments is a plus
  • Experience with growth hacking is a plus

  • Understand our payment engine and different payment methods for funding and disbursement at
  • Earn Trust: Establish strong relationship with your team and peers
  • Learn about ad valorem payment products for vendors in the network
  • Understand revenue drivers, KPIs and targets for real time payment offered to vendors
  • Be seen as the product owner
  • Expected Outcomes in 6-9 months:


  • Meet or exceed product KPIs and goals: Launch new features and rapid A/B testing to increase adoption of new fee based Ad Varem products
  • Identify pain-points and product gaps and unmet needs based on customer feedback
  • Discuss and prioritize solutions with your team and other cross functional teams
  • Collaborate with all internal stakeholders on a go to market strategy and drive adoption for our fee based real time payment product / Instant Transfer
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Support to drive adoption, user satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with Sales, Finance/Accounting, Marketing, Customer Support, Risk Operations, Payment Operations and Partners
