The Sourcing Recruiter, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, Technology, will provide active partnership with Recruiters to Hiring Managers in fulfilling hiring requirements. A successful candidate in this role acts as an advisor to hiring managers while fulfilling requirements. They will represent Bill.com and will usher candidates through the process, leaving a positive candidate experience, regardless of outcome.
Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:
Identify and engage qualified candidates for Core Profiles across all of Bill.com’s organizations
Partnering with Recruiters, and Hiring Managers to engage candidates throughout our process; Developing pipeline for batch interview events
Share data and insights on recruiting progress with key stakeholders
Utilizing multiple sourcing channels, and developing innovative and effective sourcing strategies to ensure a qualified and diverse candidate pipeline.
Conduct the initial recruiter phone screens to sell candidates on Bill.com and ensure they meet qualifications
Make recommendations to improve sourcing processes to help us operate more efficiently at scale.
Competencies (Attributes needed to be successful in this role):
At least three years of experience in a Sourcing and/or Recruiting role with emphasis on Technology – Engineering. Experience recruiting for Product Management, or Design roles is a plus. In addition to experience recruiting in a Corporate, agency experience is a plus.
Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing tools, including internet research, boolean search strings, LinkedIn, and cold outreach
Experience contributing to process improvements, building programs that add value and/or using data to draw insights and actionable plans.
Experience working in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment
Excitement to work at a hyper growth company and to build and iterate on existing processes
Strong communicator across all levels and verticals of the organization
Expected Outcomes in 3, 6, or 12 months:
Within your first month you will join our team, meet your stakeholders and learn the scopes of their teams and roles, and learn our processes and tools
Within your first three months you will have partnered with Recruiters and Hiring Stakeholder orgs to understand their hiring plans, delivery milestones, and develop pipeline for Batch interview events
