As a Senior UI/UX Designer in our Go-To-Market Design team you will play an integral role in driving the user experience across our marketing website and product platform. Working closely with our Growth and Lifecycle marketing teams, you’ll be responsible for crafting an outstanding buyer journey for our customers from our website through to the in-product trial experience. You’ll work closely with product managers, brand, motion designers, engineers and researchers to strategize, prototype and design experiences that have real customer and business impact.


Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role


  • 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer working in agency or within an in-houseteam
  • Expert knowledge of Figma.
  • A strong portfolio of projects, clearly demonstrating your design process
  • Demonstrate a deep knowledge of design tools and techniques from research through to delivery.
  • Solid understanding of visual design principles including layout, typography, and space.
  • Excellent organizational, time and project management skills
  • Be curious and champion creativity to test new ideas and innovate to make business impact
  • Effective communicator, presenter, and eager to give and receive feedback.

    Primary Job Responsibilities


  • Lead the UX/UI design of and the buyer journey throughout our product
  • Collaborate closely with product managers to identify and evaluate initiatives that delivers excellent customer experience
  • Partner with engineers to iterate on designs and deliver delightful experiences.
  • Participate in user tests, synthesize findings, and validate your design decisions.
  • Champion our Invoice2go visual brand identity
  • Agility to quickly deliver and own the end to end design process.
  • Drive and champion a culture of design thinking and innovation across the team.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders when presenting your work and clearly articulate your design and product thinking, backed up by research, with target metrics in mind.

  • 3 Months
  • Meet all relevant stakeholders and form strong working relationships across the team
  • Get to grips with our Invoice2go brand and fully understand how our design system operates across and our core product
  • Collaborate with the team to design various A/B tests to increase conversion across key pages
  • Collaborate with the GTM Product Manager to work on design initiatives that look to increase registration to subscription rate 
  • 6 Months
  • Launched new pages on that continues to increase new customer engagement and conversion
  • Be responsible for driving user experience across and core product that continues to delivers on our customer and business goals 
  • Own’s design system and provide suggestions for growth and improvement
  • 12 Months
  • Own the design roadmap alongside the GTM Product Manager to increase conversion across our new subscriber metrics
  • Drive forward how our Invoice2go brand is represented across our digital platforms.
