As part of’s People Team, this role as a Senior Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting and scaling our GTM function.  You will have the opportunity to help grow an exciting public Fintech company and collaborate with multiple internal teams in strategic partnerships, bank channels, and product management.   This role reports to the Director Talent Acquisition.


Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:


  • Manage the full cycle of recruiting candidates from sourcing through close
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and consult them on best techniques for attracting, evaluating, and closing candidates
  • Use innovative solutions to build consistent talent pipeline
  • Maintain market/business intelligence in respective pipeline
  • Work with our existing team to build processes and implement best practices for hiring top talent
  • Help us improve and scale the candidate experience
  • Share data and insights on recruiting progress with key stakeholders

    Competencies (Attributes needed to be successful in this role):


  • Minimum of 10+ years experience in a full-cycle recruiting role with emphasis on high volume recruitment
  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing tools, finding new and creative ways to generate talent pipeline and meet hiring demands
  • Experience contributing to process improvements, building programs that add value and/or using data to draw insights and actionable plans
  • Experience working in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Excitement to work at a hyper growth company and to build and iterate on existing processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior SaaS company experience is preferred
