Mission: is looking for a Payroll Team Leader who can work closely with the Payroll Manager, while overseeing payroll processing and leading a team of payroll specialists to optimize our payroll processes as we continue to grow and expand.  This is a critical role for an operationally minded payroll professional who is used to scaling and managing a growing payroll team, and who has a demonstrated track record of optimizing payroll processes and driving continual improvements and efficiencies.  


Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:


  • 10+ years of payroll experience in high growth companies, including public companies
  • Demonstrated experience in driving operational efficiencies in a fast paced environment
  • Proven team leader who has experience in scaling a team, including in an international setting

    Competencies (Attributes needed to be successful in this role):


  • Bachelors Degree + CPP 
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability partner with cross functional teams
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Workday

    Expected Outcomes in 12 months:


  • Identify and address payroll efficiencies across all locations
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships with HR, stock, and accounting and proactively work with cross functional teams on automation and efficiency initiatives
  • Scale team and processes to support’s continued growth
