Bill.com investor relations team is responsible for clearly articulating Bill.com’s strategy to the investment community; representing investors’ views on the company and industry internally; and building strong relationships with analysts, investors, and colleagues, all within the framework of the U.S. and Securities Exchange Commission’s (“SEC”) regulations. We are looking for an investor relations coordinator who will play an integral role in our investor relations program. 

In this role, you will report to the VP of Investor Relations. Day to day responsibilities include support for the VP and broader IR team, with close coordination across cross-functional teams including legal, accounting, finance, communications and the senior executive team, as well as interaction with current and prospective shareholders and sell-side research analysts.

Location: Our new headquarters are based in San Jose. Open to Remote – preferably based in the Bay Area or ability to work west coast hours.

 

Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:

 

  • Be an important, integral part of our investor relations team.
  • Learn who our analysts and investors are and be a main point of contact for coordinating calls, visits, and other events. Help develop and execute a plan for coordinating a very high volume of requests for calls and visits.
  • Maintain our database of current and prospective shareholders and sell-side research analysts and keep track of our interactions with them.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for external organizations across conferences, roadshows, and bus tours, coordinating logistics that include speaker registration, webcast, and travel arrangements (when safe to travel).
  • Help develop process and calendar management including earnings process, earnings callbacks, investor calls/meetings, company-hosted roadshows, earnings preparation, corporate access events & related preparation, and various internal projects.
  • Help with planning of events such as investors days, investor dinners, and fireside chats. Also help with coordination and presentation materials development for IR projects such as investor day, ESG, town hall company meetings, etc. Help with other IR projects and responsibilities as needed.
  • Vendor management, including contract management for new and existing vendors and submitting / tracking individual POs.
  • IR inbox – field and respond to in-bound analyst and investor inquiries on routine matters, and/or route as needed to other members of the team. 
  • Learn about investor relations and be knowledgeable about what we can and can’t do when communicating with investors.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 3+ years professional experience, Investor Relations knowledge or experience a plus
