Bill.com is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will play a critical role in driving success for the business by managing and optimizing our partnership growth channels. In this role, you will create and own growth roadmaps for improving user acquisition in collaboration with key partners. You will work cross-functionally with strategic partners, demand gen, and product marketing to drive results. You will also be responsible for developing testing and measurement frameworks to track results across the full funnel. The ideal candidate should have experience optimizing landing pages, working with product teams, managing paid campaigns, and developing co-marketing initiatives.
Location: Our new headquarters are based in San Jose. Open to Remote – preferably based in the Bay Area or ability to work west coast hours.

Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:
Develop and own partner growth roadmap
Collaborate with paid and other growth teams to execute roadmap
Analyze first party and third party data sources to identify opportunities for additional user growth
Drive product solutions to enable partner growth initiatives
Collaborate with the product marketing team to develop messaging and creative
Develop testing framework that provides channel measurement and attribution
Optimize app pages across key partner app stores
Manage budget allocations across partners and other owned areas of growth
5+ years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will have a combination of enterprise B2B marketing, online product, and/or consulting experience with exposure to SaaS and Fintech.
2+ years in growth related roles, has held ownership for key metrics and managed cross-functionally to achieve goals
Developed measurement frameworks to identify opportunities and track performance
Driven successful cross-functional projects
Experience working with strategic partners
Competencies (Attributes needed to be successful in this role):
Comfort with large datasets – SQL knowledge is a plus
B2B enterprise marketing demand generation
Familiarity leveraging martech stack / automation to drive growth – Salesforce, Marketo, Segment, Drift, etc.
Ability to quickly comprehend unfamiliar material and context
Highly motivated and self-directed to achieve established goals
Proven experience creating content and presentations for audience up to C-level
Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts in simple language
Ability to lead and inspire others, without direct reporting relationships
