Bill.com is at a pivotal time of growth and we are looking for individuals eager to make an impact and help us grow.   Our Growth Marketing team is looking to add an Associate Marketing Manager with a direct hands-on experience executing programs to meaningfully accelerate customer acquisition and engagement growth through paid social/digital display advertising. Do you have experience executing campaigns [building, launching, optimizing] on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. especially with experience in ad operations tracking, reporting, and creative asset management? Location: Our new headquarters are based in San Jose. Open to Remote – preferably based in the Bay Area or ability to work west coast hours.

Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:

 

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will have a combination of performance marketing (paid social / display) with exposure to SaaS and B2B Marketing
  • Hands-on experience building, optimizing, and measuring campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Hands-on Experience with data and know-how to pull, analyze, manipulate data, especially compiling reports and representing learnings in a coherent story
  • Hands on experience with ad tracking, including Campaign Manager, pixel tracking, UTM updates, and instrumenting ad related technical infrastructure
  • Experience with managing creative processes and working cross-functionally with creative teams to build ads for direct response campaigns, including updating campaigns, cutting/adjusting creatives and reporting on performance.
  • Clear understanding and knowledge of how to instrument ad tracking and ad operations
  • Experience with testing methodologies including how to execute and evaluate A/B, multi-variate and incrementally testing, including leveraging hypothesis-driven tests 
  • Outstanding communication, project management and collaboration skills with the ability to work with creative, technical and business teams
  • Experience initiating and driving strategic, cross-functional projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Systems, and/or a related Marketing experience
