The Bill.com Research team focuses on enabling customer centric decision making. We are empaths, facilitators, and change agents. We influence cross functional teams throughout the customers’ end-to-end journey. We use mixed method approaches to bring the customer into the day to day product development process.

Desired Skills:

 

  • Experience with mixed methods research 
  • Strength in qualitative and/or quantitative methods 
  • Curious about product development processes and how research influences decision making in organizations 
  • Basic understanding of design thinking as a problem solving practice 
  • Some experience interviewing users/customers
  •  

    Requirements:

     

  • Must be a current student pursuing a master’s degree graduating between December 2022 and July 2023
  • Preferably majoring in research, statistics, or related field (but not required)
