Attentive is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Strategist to join our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for working cross-functionally with the New Product Experimentation (NPE) Product Management team as well as Marketing, Sales, Client Strategy, and Design to expand Attentive’s B2C mobile messaging platform to new product areas and markets. This is a high-impact role with a focus on innovation, increasing value to customers, and bringing new products to market. Help us shape the future of mobile commerce.




  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products, while contributing to messaging/positioning and enablement activities across the companyHelp gather and distill feedback from our customers and partners about new products and identify new opportunities
  • Create collateral in partnership with our Brand Design team that can be used by our Sales and Client Strategy teams to position new products effectively and drive adoption
  • Work with Enablement teams to ensure materials remain up-to-date and collaborate on training opportunities
  • Lead the development of high-quality external marketing and educational content–– specifically for our website, blog, customer-facing help site, and more
  • Support deep dive research on key industry competitors and adjacent solutions to help accelerate our product development and innovation
  • Compile and share customer stories and case studies that demonstrate the value of expansion product areas



  • 1-2+ years working in product marketing or closely related space
  • Experience working for a B2B SaaS-based technology startup is a plus
  • Passion for performing marketing research and keeping up to date on industry trends
  • Deep knowledge of CRM (ex: Salesforce), marketing tools (ex: Pardot/Hubspot), and project management platforms (ex: Asana/
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders at a variety of levels 
  • Experience with the product feedback loop process, including capturing product feedback from customers, and summarizing usage trends to inform product decisions
  • Outstanding communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
