Attentive is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Client Strategy, Tech Writing, Design, Sales, and Engineering, to drive the growth of Messaging products within the Attentive platform. This is a high-impact role that will help position Attentive as the leader in the mobile messaging space and support continued product adoption. 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Define, communicate, and articulate clear value propositions that differentiate Attentive and support our product arc.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market launch plans for the Attentive platform for both internal and external audiences.
  • Support deep dive research on key industry competitors and adjacent solutions to help accelerate our product development and innovation efforts. 
  • Help gather and distill feedback from our customers and partners about our current product suite to support in identifying new market opportunities and inform product strategy.
  • Enable sales and CS teams with targeted collateral, consistent messaging, and relevant product information.
  • Lead the development of high-quality external marketing and educational content–– specifically for our website, blog, customer-facing help site, and more.

    Requirements

     

  • 3+ years working in product marketing or closely related space.
  • Experience working for a B2B SaaS-based technology startup is a plus.
  • Passion for performing marketing research and keeping up to date on industry trends
  • Experience leading large cross-functional groups towards a common goal and timeline
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders at a variety of levels.
  • Experience with the product feedback loop process, including capturing product feedback from customers, and summarizing usage trends to inform product decisions
  • Outstanding communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
  • Nice to have: Worked with a marketing automation product and/or SaaS, Mobile experience, Knowledge of SMS landscape, Data-driven decisioning
