We’re looking for someone to run one of our European Sales teams. Our Sales team helps customers in realising more business value with the Atlassian solution portfolio during their digital transformation.

This non-traditional Sales Leadership role is responsible for managing this sales team to exceed the business objectives. Your European team is based in our Amsterdam offices. You will set out the sales strategy and lead execution across your team to unlock new business opportunities and build relationships with Business, IT stakeholders within your customer base to propel incremental sales . Your team will be partnering closely with our channel teams, product specialists and sales engineers to achieve business and customer objectives. This team will also be an advocate for our customers, by providing market feedback to our development team and helping us optimize our customer experience. You will report into the EMEA Head of Sales.

More about you

 

  • You have over 3 years experience in Enterprise Sales and want to move into a sales lead role
  • You have a strong a track record of achieving targets
  • You have experience in leading (virtual) teams and a passion for coaching people
  • You can effectively help your Sales team to run a sales cycle, build and manage a pipeline, and deliver accurate forecasting.
  • You are someone who wants to challenge the traditional Sales Model and optimize sales processes.
  • You love working in a fast-paced international environment, take initiative to get stuff done or try something new and love sharing your findings with your team.
