We’re hiring a Talent Brand Lead Campus Strategist, reporting to the Global Leader – Employment Brand.

Sitting within the Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Brand team develops and implements data-driven, integrated marketing solutions (content, media, events, partnerships), to build Atlassian’s reputation, and also attract and help convert talent. The team manages all external points of connection across events, partnerships, marketing and media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn and Glassdoor), and owned platforms like the career site. Additionally, the team works with other partners of the candidate lifecycle and experience process including DEII, Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, TA Delivery, Campus and Creative.

The Talent Brand team is looking for a collaborative, motivated strategist who will work with TA leaders to develop multi-year strategies connecting to overall corporate and TA Campus related OKRs. The Talent Brand Lead Campus Strategist will connect the dots with our global TA Campus leads to create holistic, data-driven and sustainable Campus strategies and partnerships to help support our exciting campus programmes and achieve our growing campus and early-in-career hiring goals , all while maintaining an authentic narrative of the Atlassian Values. What you’ll do:


  • Work with leaders to develop our global campus, brand elevating strategies including events, content, cross-partnerships and media strategies
  • Work with the Talent Brand team (across Employment Brand and Recruitment Marketing) to ensure that Atlassian’s brand is represented across all Campus Strategies
  • Partner with regional recruitment marketing leads to advise on the strategy and implementation of the campus talent brand strategies
  • Manage the global TA campus budget – forecasts and planing budgets while also communicating any changes to budget plans promptly
  • Have a data and insight-driven approach; develop and share out clear success metrics for all campus related plans
  • Partner with Employment Brand peers to ensure campus is in consideration of DEI and EVP related strategies

    Your background:


  • Strong experience in the campus world – including involvement in Campus programs and partnerships
  • Have experience building marketing strategies
  • Foster strategic partnerships
  • Experience working with Analytics to develop data-driven, intentional strategies
  • Partner with teams like Marketing, DEI, TA Delivery and Enablement teams
