We’re growing faster than ever and are on the lookout for an awesome Sourcer reporting to the Sourcing Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team in Australia. If you enjoy getting creative about finding awesome talent and guiding them through a legendary hiring experience, this is the role for you. Our Sourcers work with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers to search for and engage passive candidates.You will lead the identification and engagement of qualified candidates through creative means. You will drive recruiting best practices, build candidate pipeline strategy, and build strong relationships while partnering with our hiring community and expert recruiters.

What you’ll do
Source awesome candidates
Smash hiring targets to build Atlassian from 8,000 to 25,000 employees globally
Work directly with team members while influencing how teams are built
Collaborate globally with our incredible Talent Acquisition function
Track pipeline activity to share with internal customers and being the knowledgable voice in the room about pipelines and markets
Recommend and lead improvements that impact local pipeline/craft areas and inspire creativity in the wider team
Take a data-driven approach about where to find and attract the right talent
Your background
Some experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting, ideally gained from a mix of internal and agency environments
You have a consultative and customer-focused approach with hiring managers
You have deep experience finding information and are unafraid to ask questions
You use creative sourcing methodologies and non-traditional channels to find new candidates
