The Strategic Programs team within Talent Acquisition is looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to help build on a global transformational program. Reporting to the Strategic Programs Manager, you will help improve quality, efficiency and velocity for all of Atlassian through the expansion and adoption of our global program. As a contributor of this team, you will have experience delivering on projects at a global scale with high impact.


What you’ll do:


  • Partner and provide strategic direction with the team to help reach our program goals at a global level.
  • You will build on the program roadmap in partnership with program SMEs.
  • You will engage with multiple teams across Atlassian to build positive partnerships and ensure program is operating at the right pace and heading towards goals.
  • You will lead and drive successful communications, especially as they relate to setting up new processes and other change management activities for the program. This includes audiences from within the Talent Acquisition function and across multiple business teams where programs are live.
  • Create compelling presentations and reports guided by data that allow partner teams to make educated and informed decisions.
  • Work in a remote environment, while supporting Atlassian teams across the globe.

    Your background:


  • Strong strategic Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, People programs or related experience
  • Successful track record in implementing important people programs and showing direct, positive linkages to the achievement of business strategy or OKRs
  • Proven experience in project management and delivering high quality presentations, communications, and artefacts to several partner audiences
  • High levels of organisational savviness and execution skills (strategy through implementation)
  • Demonstrated experience working with large-scale change and transformations, including knowledge of change management best practices
  • Formal training in Agile methodology, technology, and product development is beneficial
