We are looking to hire a highly organized, results-oriented Senior Program Manager for our Platform Adoption team. Like juggling multiple dependencies and working across the whole company? You might be the one we are looking for, so keep on reading.
You should have experience in Agile development methodologies (at scale) and an understanding of the software development cycle, to help ensure that the team follows and iterates on high performing processes. You will have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to evaluate solutions, assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide issue management, make tradeoffs, and help balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

Drive. Set up new programs to keep learning about platform adoption issues/enhancements, incorporate new processes for challenging areas and drive issues to closure, set up effective feedback loops, triage and act on data acquired.
Engage. Create a consistent engagement model for Product-Platform teams, and acquire commitments backed up by shared understanding of mutual benefits and required tradeoffs.
Coordinate. Keep track of dependencies of parties involved, follow up on planned actions and tasks. Help teams to resolve blockers, manage risks, identify areas to improve, and escalate when needed.
Facilitate. Strategy sessions, rituals, workshops, whiteboard exercises, sparring and brainstorms… any means to convert ambiguity and uncertainty into actionable plans. You will be a grease and a glue for Product and Platform teams, ensuring smooth and optimal collaboration to adopt platform services and features.
Communicate. Widely and regularly, from chats and blogs to reports and presentations – you cover every angle to bring crisp clarity to different target audiences. You will be the source-of-truth regarding all aspects of driven programs of work.
