Senior Online Marketing Manager, Paid Display & Paid Social

Your future team
Our Paid Marketing Team executes and measures marketing campaigns that help promote Atlassian products, attract new audiences and bring new customers. You’ll join an outstanding team that is an important growth engine.
Atlassian is looking for a Sr. Online Marketing Manager to accelerate our growth for our paid display and social channels. You will report to the Display & Social Team Lead and join a team of fellow Display/Social Online Marketing Managers.


What you’ll do


  • Create and oversee the performance of our paid display/social campaigns, always optimizing the efficiency and scale of our campaigns.
  • Mentor team members to further grow the channel.
  • Work with cross department teams to guide projects forward, such as analytics, broader performance team, and out machine learning team
  • Work with the broader Paid Performance Marketing Team to implement full-funnel user acquisition strategies
  • Identify blockers ensuring the success of the channel and hitting our quarterly OKRs.
  • Manage bid strategy optimization, audience segmentation, analytics, and testing.

    Your background


  • 6+ years of proven experience in paid display and social, running campaigns across Google, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Campaign management, measurement, optimization, and reporting is in your DNA
  • Experience leading paid media in the B2B space is a plus
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills in manipulating data sets (e.g. creating pivot tables / VLOOKUP / handling budget/performance)
  • Analyze large data sets and produce thoughtfully impactful reports and provide recommendations for expansion and efficiency
  • Be able to get your hands dirty with data while also leveling up nuanced information to a wider audience
  • Inform, launch, and measure all paid display/social experiments (e.g. bid testing, creative testing)
  • Love for the work and team and a desire to make the team better in all aspects
