About you
You have at least 6 years of experience in managing localization and/or multi-language marketing programs in a role with multiple components and partners. Process, quality, and communication are in your DNA. Experience with cloud-based translation management platforms like Smartling will help you to get started. You have a strong knowledge of localization best practices, tools, and quality management and enjoy managing vendors and lifting them up to the next performance level, as well as prioritizing and aligning strategies with company partners. You seek first to understand but have the facts to back your point of view and don’t mind explaining it. You love what you do and will find ways to enhance the team’s impact as well as your teammates’ in all aspects of life.




  • Localization Portfolio Management – Organizing multiple localization programs/projects and activities in accordance with the business priority and requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management – Meeting with stakeholders and leadership team/s to report and report the localization program status and goals.
  • Stakeholder Onboarding – Developing new localization programs and onboarding new stakeholders to expand the marketing localization landscape in Atlassian.
  • Process Improvement – Identifying opportunities in process/s and building a concise story and implementation plan to get buy-in from stakeholders and other teams.
  • Vendor Relationship – Facilitate and maintain relationships between our team and language service provider/s, negotiating contracts, creating standards for the vendors, and finding the best available vendors. Managing forecast and budgeting.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting – Manage contracts and their terminations.
  • Finance – Coordinate activities between Sourcing, Finance, and Vendors to ensure all invoices are raised & paid in accordance with vendor agreements.
