We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager who can drive meaningful business outcomes for Atlassian as a Program Management leader within our Customer Support Services (CSS) organization.
At Atlassian, we’re building a seamless customer migration journey from server to cloud as our customers become more and more comfortable with cloud offerings. This is a high-profile, fast paced portfolio of programs that requires strong strategic experience, willingness to experiment and pivot quickly, and proven ability to drive big outcomes across company-wide stakeholder teams and global partner groups. Atlassian is laser-focused on driving success for these customer migrations to Cloud as a company. As such, this program is the premier program within the CSS portfolio which will drive outcomes through migration tooling improvements, partner program improvements/enablement, operational excellence, and unique service offerings based on customer demand.

In this role, your peer group will be senior managers leading other domains in the CSS portfolio. Your team will include senior program managers focused on Migration program success. You’ll partner heavily with our CSS business architecture and analytics teams for strategy, planning, and measuring outcomes. And you will also partner closely within CSS and across Atlassian to deliver cross-functional outcomes inline with our Objectives & Key Results.
You are accountable for
Establishing a highly effective process to gather and prioritize problem statements from across the business.
Getting commitment from senior stakeholders on the collective priorities, scope, and goals for the portfolio of work.
Ensuring that the initiatives and programs deliver the outcome needed by the business.
Mitigate risk and manage dependencies for the forward rolling four quarters.
Scaling your domain and team to meet future needs of CSS and Atlassian.
On the first day we’ll expect you to have
7+ years delivering successful transformations affecting large, complex, customer-facing systems, processes, and people.
Experience leading a distributed team (currently US-based, but anticipated to expand globally).
Demonstrable ability to drive a cross-functional team to execute against a strategy.
Exceptional behavioral assessment capability and a record of hiring “A” players.
Leading teams of Individual Contributors and leading through managers who lead teams of Individual Contributors.
