This is a unique role on our Internal Mobility team, an internally facing team within Talent Acquisition that helps employees discover, explore, and move into new positions within Atlassian. You will work with a small global team that manages the full life cycle of an internal candidate’s journey at Atlassian, with a specific focus on supporting our APAC region.
You will support internal applicants while they explore new internal opportunities, providing a delightful internal candidate experience (and managing high volumes of internal pipelines at any given time). You’ll collaborate closely with our External Recruitment team to provide a unified approach to candidate and req management. Joining a new team, you will also help to create new approaches, processes, and ways of working as we look to grow our Internal Mobility team for the future.
