In this role, you will lead product management for a large team building content creation tools for all Atlassian products. With a particular focus on text editing and media sharing, you will work collaboratively with Engineering, Design, and Program Management leaders to collaboratively build experiences that enable users to express their ideas with the teams they work with.

Additionally, you will drive Product Management for this entire team, and also work closely with the Heads of Product of Confluence, Jira, Trello etc. You will also deliver highly strategic and distinctive experiences to customers and set the example for all product managers at Atlassian. Your work will impact millions of users and thousands of companies for decades to come. How cool is that?

  • Influential leadership and interpersonal skills that enable you to communicate and manage relationships across the organisation – from customers, your reports, cross-functional teams, to senior executives.

  • Experience with defining and measuring key business and usage success metrics
  • A passion for raising the bar and continuously driving best practices throughout the company. Always leading by example
