We are looking for a benefits professional in India with a proven experience in benefits programs delivery, to help drive our global benefits strategy. As we reimagine building the future of benefits that are reflective of Atlassian’s culture and values while supporting our employee growth at scale
What you’ll do
Support with the design, build, implementation and post-implementation monitoring of benefits programs like in retirement, insurance, health, tools and wellbeing.
Manage relationships with external partners, including renewals, service levels, processes, and accuracy of data, schedule, and approach
Build relationships with internal partners such as Ops, Payroll and all other HR and extended teams to facilitate collaboration across teams on benefit related matters
Understand benefit administration identify opportunities to improve existing processes, including process design, documentation, and training
Participate in benchmark survey, understand current and emerging market trends, identify potential opportunities and gaps, use external best practices and trends in legislative requirements and benefits plans are compliant with local legislation
Be an escalation point for employee benefits queries. Ensure the Employee services team is trained on processes documented to support inquiries from employees that come into People Services. Managing ticket escalations.
Monitor the benefits pages and ensure these are up-to-date, and maintain benefit documents and create engaging content
Support HRIS configurations, updates and build-outs, being compliant with local legislation
Work with the global benefits team on projects supporting the global benefits strategy
4 years of hands on and relevant experience in benefits preferably in high-tech or high-growth organisations with major presence in India
Post Graduation in Human Resources
Team player with an ability to work both collaboratively and asynchronously, and the ability to collaborate with all levels of partners
Can-do delivery-focused mentality

You will report to the India Benefits Manager, help establishing a regional benefits team that aligns with our employee benefits with our values.
Partnering with global and local partners, you will manage the full scope of country benefits programmes across health, pension, risk insurances, perks, benefits tools and wellness in India, along with global benefits projects.
