Working at Atlassian

Atlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Assuming you have eligible working rights and a sufficient time zone overlap with your team, you can choose to work remotely or return to an office as they reopen (unless it’s necessary for your role to be performed in the office). Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.

Atlassian is changing the software development industry and helping teams all around the world like Nasa, Tesla, ANZ and Canva to advance humanity through the power of software and collaboration. We have over 250,000customers worldwide, and Enterprise Sales helps the largest of those accounts scale their investments in Atlassian.
This non-traditional Field Sales role is based in Australia and focused on our South Asia region. The South Asia territory is an area of significant potential for Atlassian and we want to leverage your experience and networks to better service our customers.
Are you customer-focused and creative? Do you have experience selling to senior levels within accounts based in South Asia, predominantly India? Do you love the Enterprise Sales process and can you help us apply your knowledge to the Atlassian sales model? We’d love you on our team!
To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in Australia.
Your Future Team

We share a commitment to reach our numbers and ambition to make our team successful. However, above all we believe in the Atlassian values and want to use them as our compass in building a revolutionary sales model. You’ll report to the Enterprise Sales Manager APAC.

On your first day, we’ll expect you to have:

  • Experience selling to senior leaders within the South Asia market and want to specialise in this region from your home-base in Australia.
