The Enterprise Advocacy team was established in the summer of 2014, with a global presence. We are expanding our sales team in the Americas. This sales leader will be responsible for managing a team of Enterprise Advocates (i.e. Account Executives) who engage with existing Enterprise customers. Our Enterprise Advocates build and implement an effective account-based sales strategy to drive expansion and adoption of select products and services. This team is a champion for our customers—providing critical feedback to our product development and customer experience teams. This role currently reports to the US Head of Enterprise Sales.

Qualifications:

 

  • 2+ years of sales management experience
  • 3+ years’ experience owning a personal sales quota, as an individual contributor
  • Strong track record of success in tech sales (B2B SaaS highly preferred)
  • Experience using CRM, Pipeline Management, and Analytic tools (SFDC proficiency highly preferred)
  • Motivated and inspired to coach, enable, and mentor selling professionals
  • You are someone who wants to challenge the traditional Sales Model and optimize sales processes
  • You love working in a fast-paced international environment, take the initiative to get stuff done, try new things and love sharing your findings with your team
