We’re looking for a dynamic people leader to look after one of our TA teams in Europe. You will lead a distributed team, responsible for hiring all Customer Support Services roles across Europe. We believe in building relationships with our business and value the partnerships that we build. We’re looking for someone with a bias for results and an ever-evolving approach towards how we hire better not only for today but also over the years.
Your future team
We’re hiring a Recruiting Manager, reporting to our Head of TA, Business Teams. You will lead a diverse team of recruiters, sourcers, and a Recruitment Lead, distributed across our European hiring locations. You will be a part of both our larger EMEA recruitment team and our global Customer Support Services recruitment team.


What you’ll do


  • Lead a team of experienced recruiting professionals building their careers in recruiting. You will coach them, using your experience to help your team continue their own development.
  • Bring a focus on data. You will use data to improve recruiting outcomes, individual performance, and processes. You will help your team develop the best approach to working with our partners and building candidate pipelines.
  • Set clear goals. You will drive collective accountability for the team’s successes and the way they achieve it.
  • Partner with business leaders. Aim to understand the what and the why and not be afraid to ask if what we do today is the right way to approach tomorrow.
  • Care. You’ll share our values and exhibit them in your actions and communication with colleagues and candidates.

    Your background


  • 3+ years of experience leading a team of recruiters in a high growth, always evolving environment.
  • Experience leading successful teams that exceed hiring goals while forming strong relationships with hiring partners.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion focus, with a passion for advocating for more inclusive approaches to hiring.
  • Command of metrics including pipeline data, hiring forecasts, and recruiting capacity.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring and developing talent.
  • Collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Understanding of sourcing technology, market trends, and talent strategy.
