The Enterprise Agility team is comprised of people with backgrounds in product management, software engineering, product design, and product marketing. We produce the Jira Align product to allow Atlassian’s largest customers to tie their strategy to work.
We’re hiring a Program Manager, reporting to the Enterprise Agility Group Program Manager. You are a Program Manager with a background in facilitating teams to deliver outcomes, the ability to evaluate solutions, assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide issue management, facilitate tradeoffs, and help balance the plan to achieve outcomes versus constraints. You’ll work with a team consisting of a Product, Engineering, and Design lead to explore new Enterprise Agility capabilities on the Atlassian platform.


What you’ll do


  • Guide teamwork, collaboration, and commitment across multiple Atlassian departments.
  • Prepare executive briefings and status reports.
  • Work with business stakeholders, other Program Managers, and multiple development teams to define and deliver complex features.
  • Work with teams to resolve risks and dependencies.
  • Gain agreement on decisions and ensure that appropriate practices are employed.
  • Provide status updates regularly and in a variety of formats to ensure that everyone is aware of progress and road-blockers.
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes, increase team output and enhance team health.

    Your background


  • 3+ years of experience in Program Management or equivalent positions
  • Experience in scoping, timeline creation, project tracking, risk management, and process improvement. Good at handling expectations about risks, resourcing and timeframes.
  • You understand the product development and software development lifecycle and can partner with teams to ship high-quality outcomes
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies and can draw upon best practices, patterns and Agile frameworks to help empower our teams.
