To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in Pacific Time Zone. This position will be reporting to the Head of Product Management.
Your future team
The mission of this role is to find, validate and prioritise problems and opportunities across the Team Enterprise Product Management (PM) team to ensure we operate as a well oiled “system” with happy engaged staff.
The PM Operations Manager is an extra set eyes & ears for the leader to create bandwidth and guide organisational effectiveness and define its operating rhythm.
The scope of this role is different to a program manager at the squad level as this role is specifically focused on ensuring the PM team has happy and engaged people and running like a system that is self improving over time.


What you’ll do


  • You’ll be the custodian of our Engagement survey priorities & actions
  • You will oversee people development programs eg. quarterly development review processes, PM Craft contributions
  • Oversee strategy and execution for comms of the Team Enterprise strategy across teams and Atlassian, helping with related materials for important meetings for PM eg.Town Halls, team communications and broader comms like company blogs
  • Represent Head of Product at meetings and act as 2IC as needed
  • Manage operational schedule for Team Enterprise PM leadership team, driving rituals/routines and long-range planning activities to ensure alignment across Team Enterprise and with relevant stakeholders across Atlassian

    Your background


  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager driving business decisions.
  • Technical acumen to be able to understand the subject matter
  • Dot connector
  • Able to thrive in a highly ambiguous, dynamic environment
  • Ambassador for clearly articulating the business priorities & acting on behalf of the exec/leader or leadership. Demonstrates flexibility and apply focus to areas where the most leverage can be created. Supports the team in defining strategic priorities and holds the team accountable for results and tracking goals
