Atlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity, assuming candidates have eligible working rights and a sufficient timezone overlap with their team. As our offices re-open, Atlassians can choose to work remotely or return to an office, unless it’s necessary for the role to be performed in the office. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.

Be a subject matter expert within Atlassian on various ITOps and ITSM practices.
Impact millions of users and thousands of companies for decades to come.
On your first day, we’ll expect you to have:
10+ years of PM experience building enterprise software products and/or tech services and/or platforms
Have a deep understanding of cloud tech, IT, and Dev environments
Subject matter expertise in one or more ITOps capabilities and ITSM practices
Experience developing a high-level product strategy and roadmap that can span multiple years, communicating it to executive leadership, and rallying a cross-functional team behind it
Have worked in large scale highly collaborative companies across timezones
True obsession for your customers – you go out of your way to talk to customers and solve their problems because it’s what gets you out of bed in the morning
A passion for wading into the gnarly day-to-day decisions to help your engineering team get features shipped
A track record of building relationships and influencing without authority at all levels of the organization.
It’s great, but not required if you have:
Experience leading a team of product managers
Strong understanding of enterprise IT org structures, buying/refresh/adoption cycles
Computer Science or technical degree or a few years in engineer roles in the past
