We’re hiring a Principal Recruiter, reporting to Recruiting Manager. The Executive Search team plays a critical role in unleashing the potential of our team, helping us to inclusively hire multiplier leaders that empower the Atlassian team to deliver remarkable outcomes for customers. We serve as partners to Atlassian’s Leadership Group (ALG) in building their team, serving as strategic advisors who offer much more than a filled position.
Executive Recruiters embed within specific crafts and teams, serving as Client Leads for our C-Suite and their direct leaders, driving everything from interview process and search strategy to executive compensation. Our most successful recruiters are data-driven in managing search health and progression, passionate about advising and coaching their stakeholders (even if that means tough conversations), and committed to inclusive hiring.
What you’ll do:
Recruiting background with success leading senior stakeholders to successful hiring outcomes
In-house recruitment experience
Exceptional command of the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing and screening talent, building candidate relationships and closing talent, and building trusting, successful hiring manager partnerships
Experience leveraging recruitment data to provide insights and lead behaviour change (where needed) with key stakeholders
Exposure and a commitment to inclusive hiring practices designed to improve representation of URGs within Atlassian
The ability to drive projects from creation to launch to improve outcomes within Executive Search, and Talent Acquisition overall (such as vendor management strategy and candidate experience enhancements)
Alignment with our values, which are table stakes for how we collaborate, grow, and win as a team
12+ years of recruiting or related experience.
4+ years focused on Executive-level Search.
