Principal Business System Analyst, Finance Tech

As a Business System Analyst, Finance Tech, you will be responsible to create and deliver value by automating business processes and supporting our Netsuite ERP application to support our explosive business growth. The main responsibility of this position is to partner directly with our Finance and Order Operations teams to implement major projects and enhancements related to Order to Cash business processes. You will be part of the Finance Technology A team and engage and collaborate with finance business teams.

Converse in Business and system process.
Understand and have performed configuration on Netsuite and other related systems
Meet with business leaders, decision-makers, and end-users to define business requirements and systems goals
Facilitate discussions among business owners to understand problem statements and gather requirements
Lead, own, and deliver the Netsuite ERP application related projects within the defined timeline
Automate new business processes and improve the existing ones
Interact with cross-functional business units to define requirements and understand the systems upstream and downstream changes
Document and develop high level, business process flows, requirements, and design document for new business requirements
Work closely with key constituents from different business groups within Finance team
Manage implementation vendors and consultants to implement new systems, projects and enhancements
Work with business applications team and adopt the sprint cycles to deliver enhancements to Finance team
Stay up to date with Netsuite latest releases and review new useful features and functionalities with our business team
Assist in creating reports and dashboards for business users
Identify test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements
Provide training to end-users


Requirements :


  • 10+ years Functional experience in a Cloud-based ERP with Procure to Pay, Record to Report,  Order to Cash/Revenue Management, Fixed Asset Intercompany Module, and  Financial closure.
  • Experience with Electronic Bank Payment bundle & Blackline Application will be an advantage
  • Hands-on experience in SaaS platforms and applications such as Oracle Cloud, RevPro, Coupa, Blackline, Concur.
  • An out of the box thinking approach in solving problems to arrive at functional, yet scalable solutions, challenging the status quo with our current implementation as we look to scale rapidly.
  • Experience supporting Month end/Quarter end fiscal close process
  • A strong analytical discipline to the team and are constantly finding ways to optimize/automate the existing financial tools and integrations by taking a hands-on approach in dealing with configuration/system settings.
  • Strong background in delivering and documenting functional solutions for complex end-to-end processes. Ability to work with a globally distributed team with different time zones.
