We are looking for a Junior Sourcer to join our talented Talent Acquisition team. You will help hire for positions across multiple fast-growing teams and products throughout our North America CSS team. You will report to the Recruiting Lead on the team.
Our sourcing team is the strategic muscle that enables us to hire qualified candidates, for the right roles at the right time. As a Technical Sourcer, you will lead the identification and engagement of top tech talent through creative means. You will guide recruiting best practice, candidate pipeline development strategy, and relationship management while partnering with our hiring community and technical recruiters.

 

On your first day, we will expect you to have:

 

  • At least 1 year of sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team (or a combination of both).
  • A data-driven approach in reporting on your sourcing and outreach efforts
  • A track record for identifying and filling pipelines with exceptional candidates
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (We use Lever)
  • You excel in an environment where change is a constant, and you have experience finding creative ways to hit your targets
